RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Bitoodle hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

The Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet-

  1. Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your bank account in 7-10 days.

The Order Was Damaged When Received-

(i) Replace Order

  1. We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reach to you should exact that you have seen on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We can replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to inform us with Proof of Damage on the same day while receiving a damaged product. After our confirmation, you will send us your damaged product with following required things.
  1. Proof of Damaged
  2. Original Brand Box/Price Tag
  3. Original Packing
  4. Original Invoice
  1. After this when your order will reach to vendor & he/ she will confirm us then we will replace your incorrect order with right order, but this process will take 10-12 days.

(ii) Return Order

  1. If the customer gets damaged item & he/she want his/her full order amount refund. In this situation, the customer needs to send us a damaged product with the following things.
  1. Proof of Damaged
  2. Original Brand Box/Price Tag
  3. Original Packing
  4. Original Invoice
  1. After this when your order will reach to vendor & he/ she will confirm us then we will refund your full order amount including shipping charge within 7-10 days.

Incorrect Items Received-

  1. We proud on our robust shipment that reaches to the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, you just inform us on the same day when you received an incorrect item. After our confirmation, you will send us your incorrect item with the following required things.
  1. Proof of Incorrect Item
  2. Original Brand Box/Price Tag
  3. Original Packing
  4. Original Invoice
  1. We will pick up that incorrect item from your house. We will replace your incorrect item with your ordered item if is available in vendor stock, or we will refund your money including shipping charges within 7-10 days after reached your order at the vendor.

Cancel Order-

  1.   2. The refunded money will reflect in your account 7-10 working days.

Categories not eligible for Return-

  1. Beauty & Personal Care product & others (when its mention non-returnable) cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
  2. Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale & offer periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. All compulsory Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For an explanation, please feel free to contact our customer care.
